Memo is currently also affected by this outage and will put a banner on our site now to indicate this, hopefully will be fixed up soon. Our upstream provider still says that errors across their services are intermittent; however, we are seeing error rates. This leads to majority of AI completion responses not returning anything, including copilot being stuck on "Thinking" and notes being stuck on "Generating". We have resolved this issue promptly by immediate relocation of infrastructure and uptime is resolved. ✅
