Memo experienced a 30 minute downtime for majority of Al-powered features (Copilot, Notes, Practice Exam, Custom Topic) due to upstream Microsoft server outage in the US East and Washington region - API endpoints and Azure are both experiencing issues.

This leads to majority of AI completion responses not returning anything, including copilot being stuck on "Thinking" and notes being stuck on "Generating".

We have resolved this issue promptly by immediate relocation of infrastructure and uptime is resolved. ✅
