Copilot chat is slow to respond and can take up to 2 minutes. We suspect this is due to a large influx of PDFs. We are investigating it at the moment.

Majority of AI-powered features on Memo are down

Memo experienced a 30 minute downtime for majority of Al-powered features (Copilot, Notes, Practice Exam, Custom Topic) due to upstream Microsoft server outage in the US East and Washington region - API endpoints and Azure are both experiencing issues.
This leads to majority of AI completion responses not returning anything, including copilot being stuck on "Thinking" and notes being stuck on "Generating".
